Mandatory Ethnicity And Disability Pay Gap Reporting

The government is introducing mandatory reporting requirements for employers to disclose ethnicity and disability pay gaps, led by the Disability Unit, Office for Equality and Opportunity, and Race Equality Unit. The Ethnicity Pay Gap Bill [HL] is progressing through Parliament with supporting impact assessments and workforce reporting obligations. This follows consultation responses and aims to increase transparency on workplace equality.
