Design and Placemaking Planning Practice Guidance — consultation closed
We are seeking views on the usability of consolidated Design and Placemaking Planning Practice Guidance.

The guidance addresses the skills and resource asymmetry between LPAs and developers in financial viability assessment negotiations. This is an active consultation and guidance development process affecting planning decisions and infrastructure funding across England.
