UK trade remedies on steel

The UK's trade remedies regime for steel applies safeguard, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy measures to certain steel imports under the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 and Trade Act 2021. The Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) investigates and recommends; the Secretary of State for Business and Trade decides.
