The Erasmus+ Programme (Data Processing) Regulations 2026
These Regulations enable the processing of personal data as part of the Erasmus+ Programme.
The Cabinet Office, FCDO, and HM Treasury are overseeing implementation of the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA), including technical reviews of how the agreement functions in practice, with particular focus on customs cooperation, rules of origin, SPS agreements, and law enforcement cooperation. The implementation review is ongoing alongside the broader political summit process initiated in May 2025.
