Tribunal Procedure Rules Amendments

The Ministry of Justice and Tribunal Procedure Committee are amending tribunal procedure rules to modernise online procedures and judicial review processes, with proposed changes to the Upper Tribunal Rules 2008, Property Chamber Rules, and Health Education and Social Care Chamber Rules. The Courts and Tribunals (Online Procedure) Bill [HL] provides the legislative framework, with consultation underway on set-aside powers and tribunal hearing centre operations including the Stirling SSCS centre.
