Serious and Organised Crime Response

The Home Office is leading a comprehensive response to serious and organised crime through multiple legislative and strategic initiatives, including the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 and the Serious and Organised Crime Strategy 2023-2028. The approach addresses money laundering, immigration crime, corporate transparency, and anti-social behaviour through enforcement, regulation, and inter-agency coordination.
