Renters' Rights Act Implementation

The Renters' Rights Act Implementation, overseen by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, is establishing the operational framework for delivering tenant protections including abolishing no-fault evictions and strengthening security of tenure. The implementation is currently active with a published roadmap and guidance on court readiness and social housing provisions. This represents a major reform of the private rental sector and social housing management.
