Operation Brock Enforcement and Legislative Amendments

The Department for Transport is removing sunset clauses and temporary provisions from traffic management legislation that were introduced for EU Exit and COVID-19, making Operation Brock enforcement measures permanent. The Traffic Management (Amendment) Bill [HL] seeks to embed these border management arrangements into law.
