The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) and Commission on Human Medicines are establishing a new Code of Practice governing conflicts of interest and conduct for expert advisory committees. The code addresses the function, purpose, and relevant interests of MHRA advisory committees through consultation and formal recommendations. Status is active with recent consultation responses being analysed.
