Government policy addressing the decline of high streets through rental auction mechanisms and community ownership models, led by DLUHC. The issue focuses on how properties on struggling high streets are sold and occupied, with consideration of reintroducing the Community Ownership Fund and alternative financing methods to support local community and business ownership.
