The Gambling Commission is reviewing and proposing changes to its fee structure for licensed operators, with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport leading policy development. This includes concurrent review of the Horserace Betting Levy and potential amendments to monetary limits for lotteries under the Gambling Act 2005. The consultation on proposed fee changes is currently active.
