Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum

The Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum is a multi-regulator initiative led jointly by the CMA, FCA, ICO, and Ofcom to coordinate oversight of emerging digital technologies and future regulatory challenges. The Forum conducts horizon scanning to identify and prepare for regulatory issues in the digital sector. It is currently active and focused on ensuring coherent regulation across financial services, competition, data protection, and communications.
