Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum

The Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) is a multi-regulator coordination body led by the CMA, FCA, ICO, and Ofcom to align digital regulation across the UK. Currently active but lacking formal statutory status, the DRCF faces calls to strengthen its accountability arrangements and reporting obligations to Parliament. The forum coordinates on digital rules alignment, e-commerce policy, and online safety while maintaining international commitments including the WTO e-commerce moratorium.
