Building Safety Levy

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities is implementing the Building Safety Levy through the Building Safety Levy (England) Regulations 2025, following the Building Safety Act 2022. The levy is a financial mechanism to fund building safety improvements and remediation of unsafe buildings.
