In response to: Arbitration Bill: overarching documents
The Ministry of Justice is advancing an Arbitration Bill to modernise the legal framework for dispute resolution outside courts, including consumer arbitration, commercial arbitration, and ombudsman services. The Bill aims to make dispute resolution more accessible, faster, and cheaper, with emphasis on online systems and digital case management for minor consumer rights breaches.
