Arbitration Act 1996 Review

The Ministry of Justice, through the Law Commission, is conducting a comprehensive review of the Arbitration Act 1996 to modernise the legislative framework for arbitration in England. The review includes consultation on access to justice issues relating to the Aarhus Convention. The issue is currently active with the Law Commission in its second consultation phase.
