This data protection impact assessment (DPIA) concerns “view and prove”. Individuals with a UK immigration status are required to prove their status is a variety of circumstances to access employment, housing or public services.
View and prove provides a method for status holders to check and prove their immigration status online, without recourse to physical documentation.
