The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024

This Order brings into operation on 26th April 2024 Part 3 of Schedule 8 to the 2023 Act, and section 179 of the 2023 Act in so far as it relates to Part 3 of Schedule 8, which deals with cryptoassets in relation to confiscation orders.
