Consultation on Draft Nuclear Safeguards Fees Regulations

This consultation seeks views on the proposed approach to the introduction of a cost recovery scheme for nuclear safeguards regulation, to commence from 1 April 2022. This will apply to those regulated under the UK’s new domestic nuclear safeguards regime, by the regulator, the Office for Nuclear Regulation (ONR).
