Welcome to the locality gap analysis portal for the Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP). This portal is for local authority officers to submit strategic gap analyses which will inform the assessment of individual SHAP revenue and/or capital funding bids. Receipt of a strategic gap analysis is a requirement for awards of SHAP funding to bidders. What you will be asked to provide You will be asked to provide details of the gap analysis conducted through coproduction, outlining: the specific gaps in pathway provision identified in the locality area how these gaps have been identified the consideration that has been given to finding other ways to address these gaps You will also be asked to consent to the sharing of the information provided in your submission with Homes England or Greater London Authority officials as appropriate. When to submit your analysis Analyses
