Local Authority Housing Fund Round 3 - Expression of Interest

The Local Authority Housing Fund Round 3 (LAHF R3) will provide over £450 million in capital grants in 2024/25 and 2025/26 to support local authorities to obtain better quality temporary accommodation and provide safe and suitable housing for those on afghan resettlement schemes who are unable to secure their own housing. In anticipation of opportunities to reallocate funding from the existing budget, we are contacting all local authorities to invite expressions of interest to claim this funding.
