The Plant Health (Official Controls and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2020

These Regulations principally amend the Plant Health (Official Controls and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Regulations 2019 (“the Principal Regulations”) and also make minor amendments to both the Plant Health (Import Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2014 and the Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) (England and Scotland) Regulations 2015. These Regulations also revoke the Plant Health (Official Controls and Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2020 before those Regulations come into force and also make other revocations as provided for in the schedule.
