Controlling Dangerous Dogs: Government Response to EFRA Committee Ninth Report — House of Commons (Jan 2019)

In 2014 the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 was amended. This resulted in several changes, such as extending the main offence to all places including in the dog owner's home; increasing the maximum penalties for dog attacks; and providing protection for assistance dogs.
