Rip-off Britain: Dynamic pricing and consumer protection

The Business and Trade Committee will be holding an oral evidence session to examine the use of dynamic and other forms of variable pricing by businesses, and how this impacts consumers. The Committee will hear from businesses, consumer groups and representatives from government, and would also like to invite submissions of written evidence to highlight current and future concerns regarding the practices of dynamic and variable pricing. Non-inquiry sessions are brief packages of work that will not necessarily result in a report. They may be used to revisit previous inquiry topics or take evidence on a topical matter.
