The Home Office is investing in transformation at the border to further enhance Border Force’s ability to deliver its objectives. This includes the increasing application of digital technology.
In line with its transformation to digital systems, from 1 October 2017, the Home Office proposes to end the requirement for non-EEA passengers to present a paper landing card on arrival into the UK.
