The Enterprise Act 2002 (Amendment of Section 58 Considerations) Order 2025

Articles 2 and 3 of this Order amend the Enterprise Act 2002 (c. 40) (“the Act”) to extend the application of media public interest considerations in section 58(2A), (2B) and (2C)(a) of the Act which the Secretary of State may take into account when considering whether to intervene in a merger under Chapters 2 or 3 of Part 3 of the Act.
