In preparation for Allocation Round 5, we recently consulted on further amendments to the Contracts for Difference (CfD) scheme, including ways to strengthen the Supply Chain Plan Process. We have published the government response to that consultation.

This consultation follows on from that, and proposes amendments to the Supply Chain Plan questionnaire. We’d like views on:

  • the clarity of the proposed questions
  • the extent to which the questions support the Supply Chain Plan objectives
  • other questions that should be included in the questionnaire
  • the scoring methodology
  • the weighting attributed to questions
  • a bespoke questionnaire for Floating Offshore Wind applicants
