The Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Youth Rehabilitation Order With Intensive Supervision and Surveillance) Piloting (Amendment) Regulations 2024

These Regulations amend the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Youth Rehabilitation Order With Intensive Supervision and Surveillance) Piloting Regulations 2023 (S.I. 2023/705) which brought Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 17 to the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (c. 32) into force in relation to a list of specified areas until the end of 3rd January 2025. These Regulations extend the period of time for which Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 17 are in force, in the specified areas, until the end of 3rd January 2026.
