The Youth Rehabilitation Order (Electronic Monitoring Whereabouts Requirement) (Responsible Persons) Regulations 2023 (revoked)

Paragraph 46 of Schedule 6 to the Sentencing Act 2020 provides that the person made responsible for the monitoring of individuals under an electronic whereabouts monitoring requirement, must be of a description specified in regulations by the Secretary of State.
