The Animals (Penalty Notices) Act 2022 (Commencement) Regulations 2023

These Regulations bring into force on 1st January 2024 those provisions of the Animals (Penalty Notices) Act 2022 (c. 19) which are not already in force by virtue of section 9(2) of that Act.
