This data release reports on building safety remediation, current at 31 January 2025. There is also an accompanying dashboard. 

​It includes remediation progress of buildings in the ACM programme, Building Safety Fund (BSF), Cladding Safety Scheme (CSS), developer remediation contract, and reported by registered providers of Social Housing. It also includes data on local authority enforcement action taken against 11m+
buildings with cladding defects.  

​The management information tables also include data on the progress of the Waking Watch Relief and Replacement Funds.
