How to get your digital HM Armed Forces Veteran Card
Follow the instructions to get a digital version of your HM Armed Forces Veteran Card.
There are a few things you can try if you’re having problems adding your digital Veteran Card to your phone.
Make sure you have the GOV.UK One Login app
Check that you have the GOV.UK One Login app on your phone. If you do not have it you’ll need to download it.
If you’re using a computer or tablet, open the app store on your phone and search for GOV.UK One Login.

Make sure you have the right app. You cannot add your Veteran Card to any other government apps, such as the GOV.UK app or GOV.UK ID Check.
Look for a QR code or button
If you’ve already started adding your Veteran Card, you should have a page open in your web browser with a QR code or button to add your Veteran Card.
Scan the QR code or tap the button to add your Veteran Card.
If you do not have the QR code or button to add your Veteran Card
You need to start the process of adding your Veteran Card again.
Go to Get a digital version of your Veteran Card and follow the instructions.
You may need to sign in and answer some questions again.
If your document could not be added
Try starting the process of adding your Veteran Card again.
Go to Get a digital version of your Veteran Card and follow the instructions.
You may need to sign in and answer some questions again.
