We want to know what you think about our proposals to enhance enforcement powers for the Environment Agency, Natural Resources Wales and local authorities. We are also asking for evidence on a range of measures to tackle waste crime and persistent poor performance in the waste management industry.

Views from the call for evidence will inform future proposals to bring about a level playing field for the legitimate waste industry. This includes encouraging growth through investment.
