Mobile crushing of lamps containing mercury: changing how it’s regulated

We want to know what you think about proposed changes to how mobile crushing of lamps containing mercury are regulated and monitored for compliance. This includes plans to remove the current exemption for an environmental permit (known as T17 exemption).
