Housing revenue account: accounting practices directions 2015

In order to make sure that local authorities prepare their housing revenue accounts in line with international accounting standards, we need to update the accounting practices direction.

The previous direction was issued in early 2011. Changes that are needed are essentially technical and bring accounting requirements into line with proper practices.
