These impact assessments and Regulatory Policy Committee (RPC) ratings examine the regulatory and business impact of the Criminal Finances Bill.
The bill was introduced to the House of Commons in October 2016 and will improve the government’s ability to:
- stop money laundering and corruption
- recover the proceeds of crime
- counter terrorist financing
