Building Safety Regulator - Resident Panel Chairperson Recruitment

BSR recruits Chair Person for Residents Panel Do you live in a high rise building in England? Do you feel you have something to offer on behalf of other people who live in high rise buildings? Do you feel you could lead a panel of residents that supports the work of the Building Safety Regulator? The Building Safety Regulator (BSR) has a Residents Panel to advise and to help us shape our approaches to our work and to ensure that residents are at the heart of building safety. We are looking now to recruit a Chair for the panel, to lead the meetings and ongoing work of the panel. The panel is a statutory committee under the Building Safety Act 2022. It has been running for over three years and has become an integral part of how BSR works. Our panel has a broad mix of HRB residents from different locations and housing types, including social housing, private rent, and leasehold owners.
