We want to know your thoughts on the two proposals we’ve received for a WEEE Producer Compliance Scheme (PCS) Balancing System (PBS). We also want to know which of the proposed methodologies and administrators best meet the evaluation criteria

An amendment to the 2013 WEEE Regulations on 1 Jan 2019 makes membership of the PCS Balancing System (PBS) mandatory. The Secretary of State has the power to approve the PBS. Once approved, the PBS will be reviewed by 1 January 2022, and within each 3 years after.
