20:19:00 Tom Blenkinsop (Middlesbrough South and East Cleveland) (Lab): To the House of Commons, this petition of residents of the United Kingdom, collected in Marton, Coulby Newham, Guisborough, Saltburn and Redcar over a period of one week, amounts to more than 700 names. The petition states: The Petition of residents of the United Kingdom, Declares that the Petitioners are opposed to the Health and Social Care Bill.
