At Budget 2020 the Chancellor announced that the Entrepreneurs’ Relief lifetime limit would be reduced from £10,000,000 to £1,000,000. This will apply to qualifying disposals made on or after 11 March 2020 and to certain disposals made before 11 March 2020.
