The DUAA 2025 — What Does It Mean for Organisations? (ICO)

The DUAA amends but does not replace the UK GDPR, DPA 2018, and PECR; changes will be phased in between June 2025 and June 2026, with the ICO updating guidance over time as provisions come into effect.
