Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 5) Regulations 2026

Section 138 of the DUAA comes into force on 6 February 2026, inserting new offences into the Sexual Offences Act 2003 relating to creating or requesting purported intimate images of an adult without consent.
