Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2025

These Regulations bring into force specified provisions of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 on 20 August 2025, including Part 1 (Smart Data) and specified provisions in Part 5 amending UK GDPR and PECR.
