FCA Welcomes Lord Hill's Listing Review Report (FCA, March 2021)

The FCA will carefully consider Lord Hill's recommendations for changes to listing rules, including on free float, dual class share structures, and SPACs, aiming to publish a consultation paper by summer 2021.
