Nene abstraction licensing strategy

This strategy sets out how water resources are managed in the Nene catchment. It provides information on how we will manage existing and new abstraction licences. It also provides information about where water is available for further abstraction and an indication of how reliable a new abstraction licence may be. It supersedes the strategy issued in 2005.
