The Conservation of Habitats and Species (Offshore Wind) (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2026 (draft SI)

These Regulations are made under section 293 of the Energy Act 2023, enabling regulations to make provision about compensatory measures for adverse environmental effects of offshore wind activities; they come into force on 21st May 2026.
