The UK and India have agreed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation in telecommunications and ICT. The UK and India acknowledge their importance as contributors to trade, as well as to the economic and social development of both countries. The MoU lays the foundations for collaborating on the development of state-of-the-art telecommunications and ICT services, and the modernisation and expansion of telecommunications and ICT networks and services.
