The Energy Act 2013 introduced 2 major policies:

  • Capacity Market
  • Contracts for Difference (CfD)

and supplementary smaller policies.

We have conducted Post Implementation Reviews to assess the extent to which the objectives of the policies have been achieved.

Evidence used in the review
