The High Speed Two (HS2) economic case advice feeds into the HS2 Phase Two business case published by the Department for Transport.
It presents an update to the case for the full HS2 network; Phase 2a alongside publication of the hybrid Bill; and Phase 2b following the consultation on route refinements launched in November 2016, and subsequent government decision on that route.
The HS2 economic case advice is supported by a suite of more detailed documents setting out the modelling and analysis undertaken.
