Referendums relating to Council Tax Increases (Alternative Notional Amounts) (England) Report 2024 to 2025: draft

This draft report sets out alternative notional amounts which specified local authorities must use when determining whether their council tax level for 2024 to 2025 is excessive by reference to the referendum principles determined by the Secretary of State. It will be laid before the House of Commons for approval at the time of the final settlement early in 2024.
